A small wooden treehouse tucked into the trees a three-minute walk from Choengmon Beach on Koh Samui's calm northeast corner. At roughly $31 a night it is one of the cheapest ways anywhere in Thailand to sleep up in the branches and still have a proper swimming beach down the lane. Choengmon suits it: a quieter, family-ish bay with beach restaurants, ten minutes from the airport and fifteen from Chaweng's nightlife and Fisherman's Village in Bophut, so you can do canopy mornings and big-town dinners. Use it as a base for the island's green interior — the Na Muang waterfalls, the jungle viewpoints above Lamai, and boat days out to Ang Thong Marine Park all run from here. Set expectations to match the price: this is a simple budget build among the trees, not a villa, and airport proximity means the occasional plane overhead. For a couple on a budget it is a steal.
