This is the treehouse everyone in Florida has seen on their feed: a round, yurt-style room perched about fifteen feet up between two big live oaks on a private homestead in Geneva, roughly 35 minutes northeast of downtown Orlando. You ride up in a small elevator the owners built onto a tree trunk, which sounds like a gimmick and is actually just fun. Inside there's a proper bed under a 14-foot ceiling with a skylight, and down below you get a hot tub among the trees. It books out months ahead, so plan early. It sits in real old-Florida woods near the Econlockhatchee River and Little Big Econ State Forest, so bring bug spray in the warm months and shoes you can hike in. One room, two people, no kids' bunks. A genuinely well-made thing, not a plywood platform with fairy lights.
